Trust & Safety
Your guide to verification, secure transactions, privacy, disputes, and staying safe on Buselor.
Buselor is built around one simple principle:
You shouldn't have to blindly trust someone on the internet to buy or sell with confidence.
Our Trust & Safety systems are designed to protect buyers and sellers throughout the entire transactionβfrom account creation to payment, delivery, inspection, confirmation, settlement, and dispute resolution.
How Buselor Protects You
Buselor combines several layers of protection to keep you safe.
User & Seller Verification
Buyers and sellers are verified to reduce fraud and protect against impersonation.
Protected Transactions
Funds are protected through our settlement infrastructure. Sellers are paid after delivery confirmation.
Delivery Confirmation
Your Delivery PIN confirms successful delivery. No PIN, no settlement.
Dispute Resolution
Fair, evidence-based resolution when something goes wrong.
Transaction & Settlement IDs
Every transaction is tracked with a unique Settlement ID.
GIT Protection
Goods-in-Transit insurance for eligible deliveries.
No single security measure can eliminate every risk, but these layers are designed to make transactions significantly safer.
User Verification
Buselor may require users to verify their identity before accessing certain features.
Verification helps us:
- Confirm that accounts belong to real individuals or businesses.
- Reduce fraudulent accounts.
- Protect users from impersonation.
- Support transaction monitoring.
- Meet applicable regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Provide additional protection for higher-risk transactions.

The information required may depend on your account type, KYC level, transaction limits, and applicable regulatory requirements.
What Seller Verification May Include
- Seller identity
- Business information
- Contact information

Never provide your PIN:

- To someone claiming to be Buselor Support
- Because someone says it is required to "release" your payment
Your Delivery PIN is your confirmation of delivery. Protect it.
Disputes on Buselor
Sometimes a buyer and seller may disagree about an order. Buselor provides a dispute process to help resolve eligible transaction issues.
A dispute may arise when:
- The wrong product was delivered.
- A product is materially different from its listing.
- An item arrives damaged.
- An order is incomplete.
- A package is lost.
- Another eligible transaction problem occurs.
How to Open a Dispute
- Do not provide your Delivery PIN if you have not yet confirmed successful delivery.
- Open your order from your Buselor dashboard.
- Select the appropriate dispute/report option.
- Explain what happened.
- Upload relevant evidence.
- Submit the dispute.
- Wait for the review process to begin.
The earlier you report an issue, the easier it may be to investigate.

- Photos of damaged products
